Conclusions
Vibroacoustic therapy has been shown to provide a safe and calm environment. Low frequency vibrations are used. It reduces stress, insomnia, improves quality of life, supports and promotes physical and psychological relaxation. Vibroacoustic therapy has also been found to improve sleep quality. Frequencies of 40, 50 Hz are most commonly used for relaxation purposes.
